WOMEN protest for lack of MEN to make them pregnant

Call it whatever you will but reports have it that Kenyan women on Thursday held a serious demo in Limuru, Kiambu County protesting the dwindling performance of men in the bedroom.

A Kenyan website, Tuko, reports that a section of women held a peaceful demonstration in Ndeiya ward claiming that most of their men, including young men have failed to perform their conjugal rights.

The women said the trend was worsened by high levels of alcohol consumption which saw many men abandon their families.

The women further claimed that only a few newly married women are currently pregnant with the rest of the bulk dreaming about ever having a baby since men have failed to impregnate them.

“If you walk in this village, you will find so many young married women but only a few are pregnant,” Nancy Wangare, one of the protesters, is quoted as saying.

Women have now threatened to move outside Kiambu to other counties where they can find real men who are serious enough to
impregnate them.

They further called on government to make strict laws restricting drinking from 5pm to 11pm for week days and 2pm-11pm for weekends.

Lil Wayne Announces ‘Free Weezy Album’ Release Date (READ)

Lil Wayne is celebrating his freedom this Independence Day. While he’s still embroiled in a lawsuit with Birdman and Cash Money, the New Orleans rapper plans to release his Free Weezy Album on the Fourth of July.

He made the announcement on Wednesday night during a club appearance in Anaheim, Calif. “I got a new album coming out. It’s called FWA. It’ll be out Fourth of July,” he told the crowd.

Wayne recently become a co-owner of Jay Z’s streaming service TIDAL, announcing the news while on stage at KMEL’s Summer Jam at Oakland’s Oracle Arena over the weekend.

“I just signed a deal with my motherfuin’ idol, Jay Z,”** said Tunechi.

He premiered the first FWA single, “Glory,” through TIDAL, and is expected to perform an exclusive TIDAL X show for subscribers in the near future.

British High Commission Confirms Senator Buruji Kashamu Was Arrested, Tried in UK

The British High Commission in Nigeria has reportedly confirmed that controversial Ogun State Senator, Buruji Kashamu was arrested and tried in a criminal court in the United Kingdom.

The Nigerian Police was said to have disclosed this on Thursday, June 18, in a statement.

Report said the Police Public Relations Officer, CP Emmanuel Ojukwu, stated that there was enquiry concerning the status of Kashamu’s legal battles in the United Kingdom and United States.

“The police, thereafter, sought relevant clarifications from the British High Commission.

“The commission confirmed that Kashamu was indeed arrested and tried in the United Kingdom criminal court. But the court was not satisfied that Kashamu had a case to answer.”

He added that, “the commission’s clarification did not derogate from extradition request by United States’ relevant departments, and agencies of government in Nigeria.”

It was learnt that the statement was issued in connection to the ongoing Kashamu’s extradition battle with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA)

Until now, funeral’s details are uncertain, nevertheless, the body of Jackie Chan will be buried next to his parents, who taught him the meaning of love for his family.

Twitter CEO Dick Costolo To Step Down On July 1

The man, who helped turn the message start-up Twitter into a global town square, Dick Castolo is stepping down amid criticism over the company’s disappointing financial performance and a recent stock slide.

According to AFP, he will be replaced on an interim basis from July 1 by co-founder Jack Dorsey.

Mr. Costolo, a wealthy former entrepreneur who has led Twitter for the last five years, had grown tired of second-guessing by Wall Street, with its focus on the social network’s sluggish user growth and its repeated failures to make its products more appealing. In January, he confided to friends at the Consumer Electronics Show in January that he did not need the aggravation anymore.

A statement by Twitter said Costolo would remain as a member of the Twitter board and that Dorsey would stay as CEO of Square, the financial technology group he founded, during the search for a new chief executive.

”The future belongs to Twitter thanks in large part to Dick Costolo’s dedication and vision”, the statement concluded.

Now Twitter, which has 302 million active users, faces deep questions about the future of its messaging service, which is built around 140-character snippets of text in a world that is increasingly about photos and video.

Star Wars Actor, Sir Christopher Lee Dies At 93

Popular actor, Sir Christopher Lee is dead. The actor died in the hospital after suffering heart and respiratory problems.

Lee died on June 7, 2015, at Westminster Hospital in London.

Lee is famous for his roles in Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and Hammer Horror Films.
